Analyste d'affaires ServiceNow

We are looking for a senior business analyst to accompany a multidisciplinary team in the development and implementation of a fully integrated and end-to-end decommissioning process of our TI assets within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Essential experience in the integration and configuration of ServiceNow as well as its modules.
• Knowledge and experience in the ITIL framework and possession (or in the process of obtaining) of one of the ITIL certifications
• Technical knowledge in technological infrastructure.
• Strong result-oriented attitude and practical approach in resolving challenges
• Client-oriented and cooperative
• Able to stimulate innovation
• Able to manage uncertainty and ambiguity
• Ability to write synthesis documents and presentations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of good practices in data collection, analysis documentation, and continuous improvement of business practices
• Familiar with different concepts of IIBA-BABOK
• Familiar with different project collaboration platforms in TI (Jira, Confluence, Suite MS Office, SharePoint)
• Excellent mastery of French written and spoken language as well as an advanced level of English written and spoken, minimum intermediate level.
• Ability to absorb a large amount of complex information and vulgarize/simplify it for a non-initiated clientele.
