Requirements
- People and Environment Management
- Ambidexterity between technical TI/Data and business
- Indicator Governance, OKRs, Goals and Data Products
- Clear and efficient communication
- Technical engineering with focus on GenAI / Solution Architecture and Decisions / Knowledge of good practices for Python, LLMs, RAG and NLP / Operation in the entire product cycle, from upstream to deployment
- Ability to identify, analyze and find effective solutions for challenges and obstacles
- Google Cloud Platform, Power BI, JIRA, Servicenow, Power Automate, Confluence and Sharepoint
