Application Administrator

DMS, Inc. is seeking an Application Administrator to join their IT team in Frederick, MD, supporting their client at the National Cancer Institute (NCI). The role involves installing, maintaining, patching, configuring, and managing software systems, typically COTS products, within a data center or cloud environment. Collaboration with IT teams and security is crucial to ensuring system integration and adherence to IT best practices.

Requirements

• Interface with vendors, clients, and internal IT teams.
• Perform application installations, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with security, systems, network, DBA, and other technical teams.
• Lead and participate in development of standard processes for application monitoring.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
