The Application Administrator, Intermediate (ERP Support for Accounting/Finance) position is responsible for first-level support of all assigned applications, particularly IFS, ServiceNow, and related applications. The role involves working knowledge of service management applications, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with vendors. The administrator will maintain documentation and assess the effectiveness of existing systems to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Education in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum three years of related work experience, particularly in ERP Administration Support.
  • Hands-on support experience on any ERP Application such as IFS, IFS Cloud, SAP, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of database systems and SQL.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good understanding of data extraction and reporting tools.
