As an Application Analyst - ITSM, you will design, implement, and administer IT Service Management and IT Asset Management solutions to enhance service delivery across Freeman Health System.
Requirements
- 2+ years supporting, maintaining, and configuring IT Service Management applications/platforms
- Associate’s degree in healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience with ITIL, Ivanti, and ServiceNOW Certifications
