The Application Development & Support Senior Analyst will serve as application support for the ServiceNow Platform, responsible for day-to-day development and administration, as well as handling development and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development
- ServiceNow ITSM Administrator certification required
- ServiceNow Application Developer certification preferred
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification preferred
