Fisher Investments is seeking an Application Development Team Lead for the ServiceNow platform. The role involves leading a team in designing, developing, and implementing applications, while adhering to strategy and maximizing ServiceNow capabilities. This position will manage the ServiceNow roadmap, drive innovation, and scale the team. The position will report to the Group Vice President, Technology Business Services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of application development and management experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM
- Strong communication skills
- Broad technology experience across systems development lifecycle
- Experience managing development teams of 7+ members
- Leadership experience, including mentoring
- Experience driving large-scale projects using waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
