Application Engineer (DevOps)

Rank Interactive is seeking a highly skilled Application Engineer (DevOps) to own core application environments, providing critical support during system stability, performance, and evolution. This role involves system restoration, root cause analysis, and code-level corrections, ensuring seamless software deployments and user experience. They emphasize quality assurance and proactive monitoring.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Application Analyst or Engineer, preferably with cloud platforms
• Proficiency in SQL, Azure DevOps, Power BI, PowerShell, and APIM resources
• Strong troubleshooting skills for technical support issues
• Excellent customer service communication skills (verbal & written)
• Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and desktop computing
• Experience with ITSM platforms (preferably ServiceNow)
