Assist in configuring and supporting software functions for web-based, internally hosted applications. Support the design, development, and testing of application changes under supervision.
Requirements
- Self-directed approach
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Exposure to scripting or programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic, PowerShell,.NET, C#) through coursework or projects
- Experience with learning automation and application configuration
- Experience with vendor applications (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Varicent, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
