Application Manager - PLM

We are looking for an Application Manager PLM to join our Sport Products domain in Lille or Paris. The job involves ensuring the availability, performance, reliability, and user satisfaction of the SPARK application, working with a team to develop a homemade solution for product design.

Requirements

• First successful experience in PLM solutions
• Confirmed practice in project management or large-scale support
• Good mastery of ticketing tools (type Jira, ServiceNow...)
• Strong user orientation, with the ability to understand and translate business needs
• Pragmatic spirit, capable of proposing solutions aligned with the editor's vision and Decathlon's challenges
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with diverse interlocutors (business teams, editors, users)
• Ability to ensure regular and relevant reporting on support activity
• Solid experience in contract management, particularly with service providers or editors
