Application Manager ServiceNow position combining business consulting, IT, platform responsibility, and collaboration within a global IT department. Responsibilities include platform ownership, backlog management, project steering, and support.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent education
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, e.g. management of enterprise applications in a cloud environment, preferred ServiceNow
- Technical knowledge of ServiceNow is a benefit, in particular ITSM, ITOM and CSM
- You have a passion for a customer and result driven way of working
- Knowledge in support processes (ITIL) and project management methodology (PRINCE2) are another benefit
