Join our dynamic and international team for ServiceNow as an Application Manager, responsible for the ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform, supporting business and IT processes. This unique position combines business consulting, IT, platform responsibility, and close collaboration within our global IT department.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent education
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, e.g. management of enterprise applications in a cloud environment, preferred ServiceNow
- Technical knowledge of ServiceNow is a benefit, in particular ITSM, ITOM and CSM
