Join our team as an Application Production Support Analyst and help shape your career in a collaborative community of colleagues around the world. As a key member of our team, you will be empowered to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensure applications are operational and optimized, and participate in designing new infrastructure and preparing for its commissioning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in application support, incident management, debugging, and log analysis
  • Strong technical knowledge of application technologies and cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Ansible, Linux, Windows, Jenkins, Cloud, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with SQL queries and data analysis
  • Familiarity with Agile & DevOps culture and ITIL best practices
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
  • Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (Dynatrace preferable)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
  • Experience in the banking sector (plus)
