The role focuses on incident response, triage, customer communication, and developing security-related processes. The team works closely with customers and internal ServiceNow teams to ensure security and confidence.
Requirements
- Leverage AI to enhance security processes.
- 4+ years professional experience in information security/application security.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, Azure AI Fundamentals, etc.).
- Proficiency in Java/JavaScript and Python.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, logging tools, firewalls, etc.
- Understanding of Cybersecurity capability maturity models.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
