Application Support Administrator responsible for monitoring Workday and Azure application jobs, integrations, and logs to identify application issues and opportunities, providing technical support, and creating RCAs.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements Summary
