As an Application Support Engineer at ING, you will be responsible for performing incident and problem management activities, providing level-2 support, automating testing and deployments, and maintaining tooling and scripts. You will work with a hybrid team in a multicultural environment and have the opportunity to travel abroad.
Requirements
- Financial knowledge on interest rate and FX derivatives valuation and market risk modelling
- Functional incident management on a front office pricing application
- Supporting end users in using the application
- Advanced knowledge on MS SQL Server and Transact-SQL
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Confluence, Azure DevOps
