Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a skilled Applications Engineer to support and enhance its global ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Administer and manage ServiceNow upgrades, configurations, and patching
- Design and implement scalable platform enhancements per ServiceNow best practices
- Maintain and monitor MID Servers to ensure high availability and optimal configuration
- Provide day-to-day operational support across ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM)
- Lead integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub
- Collaborate on Agile/Scrum teams to gather requirements and define user stories
- Ensure compliance with firm-wide security policies and ISO 27001/2 standards
- Develop dashboards and customized reporting for key stakeholders
- Support ITSM governance and process adherence
Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 a year
Requirements Summary
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules), 4+ years in IT operations with cross-functional collaboration
