The Applications Programmer III is responsible for defining, developing, testing, and maintaining both new and existing enhancements within Advancement & Partnerships' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219
- Experience working in a higher education or nonprofit IT environment
- Experience working with Blackbaud CRM (BBCRM) or other large-scale CRM platforms
- Advanced proficiency in T-SQL, including writing stored procedures, views, and database optimization
- Familiarity with.NET Framework, particularly as it relates to CRM SDKs or application extensibility
- Experience with data integration tools such as Zuri Velocity or Brightvine Data Link
- Experience with ticketing systems or service request platforms (e.g., TeamDynamix, Jira, ServiceNow)
- Demonstrated ability to write clear technical documentation and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and timelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
