Applications Programmer III

The Applications Programmer III is responsible for defining, developing, testing, and maintaining both new and existing enhancements within Advancement & Partnerships' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with Blackbaud CRM (BBCRM) or other large-scale CRM platforms
• Advanced proficiency in T-SQL, including writing stored procedures, views, and database optimization
• Familiarity with.NET Framework, particularly as it relates to CRM SDKs or application extensibility
• Experience in higher education and using technology to support philanthropic engagement
• Experience with data integration tools such as Zuri Velocity or Brightvine Data Link
• Experience with ticketing systems or service request platforms (e.g., TeamDynamix, Jira, ServiceNow)
• Demonstrated ability to write clear technical documentation and translate business needs into technical solutions
