Birlasoft is seeking an Agentic AI Specialist to join a skilled team. The role involves developing and implementing Agentic AI solutions for IT Operations, including infrastructure automation and IT helpdesk support. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Agentic AI technologies and strong leadership skills to drive automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6 to 10 years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions
- Proven experience with Agentic AI solutions for IT Operations
- Strong understanding of conversational AI platforms like Moveworks, Aisera, Amelia, ServiceNow Now Assist, and Microsoft Copilot
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
