This position is responsible for driving Automation and Observability domain process and technology plans to align with enterprise goals, business plans, and business processes. Additional responsibilities include general technical oversight and mentoring of team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years of increasingly technical Information Technology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Advanced knowledge of diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques, webhooks, Apis from monitoring/observability tools, ITSM platform such as ServiceNow
- Good knowledge of key IT Reliability metrics, MTTR, MTTD, MTTA and actions required to improve same
