As a Lead Architect, you will serve as the technical domain expert for solution architectures across Capital Group's corporate capabilities, including Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, Global Risk Management, Workplace Experience, Global Communications, and IT.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience managing technology portfolios supporting corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, and IT operations.
- 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience, with a proven track record of defining target state architectures and roadmaps for large, complex portfolios.
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation initiatives, including legacy modernization and large-scale vendor solution implementations.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Workday, ServiceNow.
- Experience with cloud and data platforms including AWS, Azure, Python, Airflow, Databricks, and APIs.
- Deep expertise in modern application, data, and integration architectures.
- Proven ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend implementation patterns and standards.
- Hands-on experience with AI implementation, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Gateway, and GenAI integrations with platforms like SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire architects and engineers
- Familiarity with corporate data domains such as Revenue, Expense, Employee, Client, and Investment Products is a plus.
- Background in financial services or asset management is a plus.
