Ascend Technologies is seeking an AI Architect to shape the company's enterprise AI strategy, prioritize AI opportunities, and drive business transformation through hands-on innovation. This role will partner with teams to identify and scale AI solutions, ensuring security, compliance, and impact. The AI Architect will be a thought leader, an internal advocate, and responsible for leading through influence and collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (ServiceNow Now Assist, Salesforce Einstein, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry).
- Skilled in prompt engineering, workflow design, and reusable playbooks.
- Ability to prototype solutions using APIs, no/low-code, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of RPA, workflow automation, and ITSM/CRM integrations.
- Awareness of deployment practices to scale AI solutions securely and compliantly.
- Experience designing and governing enterprise-wide AI adoption programs.

Requirements Summary
