Assistant in IT Team - Employee Digital Experience (ServiceNow)

Requirements

• Student of IT/Computer Science or related fields
• Minimum number of working hours per week: 20 (but 40 is welcome)
• Very good English (min. B2); other European language would be a plus
• Basic understanding of Java scripting
• Knowledge of Windows Operating system, any additional OS would be a plus
• General knowledge of IT terms and processes would be a plus
• Very good communication skills and attention to details
• Analytical mindset combined with problem solving skills and willingness to learn
