This Assistant Manager position focuses on ServiceNow implementation projects. Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements/managed services).
- Knowledge & experience in ServiceNow application development (ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM).
- Strong track record in managing complex ITSM deployment.
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation.
- Expertise in agile methodology for ServiceNow application implementation (scrum-based approach).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
