KPMG in India is seeking an Assistant Manager for IT ServiceNow to support Implementation and Scripting within ITSM modules. The role involves building custom applications, migrating data, and creating impactful workflows. KPMG values rapid, performance-based, and industry-focused services across various sectors.
Requirements
- Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
- Java Scripting knowledge and hands-on experience on it.
- Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.
- Service-now for custom Application Design & Development.
- Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions.
- Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.
- Should have good integration experience using either one of the following – REST / SOAP / API / Web services
- Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes
