This role involves implementing ServiceNow modules, interacting with clients, and utilizing service-now for custom application design and development. The team focuses on rapid, performance-based and technology-enabled services for national and international clients within India.
Requirements
- Good Communication and client handling skills
- Experience with ITSM modules (SecOps, Discovery, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Experience with Java Scripting
- Experience with ITIL process implementation
- Experience with Service-now platform
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes
- Good integration experience using REST/SOAP/API/Web services
- Experience with scripting
- Knowledge of the ITIL V3 processes
