The ServiceNow GDN Assistant Manager will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, and CSM modules. They will research new solutions based on business needs, and support development teams with integration, configuration, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge in ServiceNow and ITSM best practices.

Requirements

  • Good design knowledge
  • Willingness to research new solutions
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow in ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM
  • Proficiency in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script)
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills

Requirements Summary
