We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the development of technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, drive complex ITSM tool deployments, and foster high-performance teams.

Requirements

  • Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
  • Strong expertise in Design, Development and Integration of ServiceNow in ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, Reporting/Analytics, Custom application
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to Establish a rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work Independently and with a team
