This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and a dedication to process optimization within ITSM functions. The position is suitable for candidates with prior experience in ServiceNow and a track record of managing complex deployment involving multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, Reporting/Analytics, Custom application
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with web technologies

Requirements Summary

Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, and other ITSM modules. Strong communication/analytical skills are required. Prior experience in ITML, WSDL, etc. a plus
