The ServiceNow GDN Assistant Manager is responsible for developing technical solutions to meet IT department and business needs using the ServiceNow platform. They will also support other developers, business process owners, and contribute to the ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, ITBM, and ITIL frameworks. The role requires strong design, development, and integration skills and excellent communication.

- Research new solutions based on requirements
- Strong expertise in Design, Development, Integration of ServiceNow in ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, Reporting/Analytics, Custom application.
- Proficiency in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Knowledge in ITIL Framework
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
