This is a Full-time position for a ServiceNow Assistant Manager, focused on leading the implementation of ServiceNow applications. Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements, managed services).
- Knowledge & experience in development of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM).
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment.
- Experience with ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools.
- Exposure to agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow application.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle timelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.
