This Assistant Manager role focuses on developing technical solutions within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex ITSM tool deployments, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to work with stakeholders. They are expected to follow best development practices and possess a broad knowledge of ITSM modules. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow in various business areas.

Requirements

  • Performing in a dynamically changing environment
  • Prior experience in ServiceNow tool deployment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Design, Development, and Integration of ServiceNow in ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, Reporting/Analytics, Custom application.
  • Familiarity with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
  • Exposure to ITIL Framework
