The ServiceNow GDN Assistant Manager will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT department and broader business needs. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating ServiceNow within ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, etc.). Strong design, development, and integration skills, alongside communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Good design knowledge
  • Willingness to research new solutions
  • Expertise in ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM
  • Proficiency in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
