Assistant Vice President

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead the Technology Infrastructure and Applications Observability Practice. This role will encompass leadership, strategy, and operational execution for AI-powered observability, enhancing performance, resilience, and business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical depth, strategic thinking, and executive communication, with a passion for showcasing business impact through data and intelligent dashboards.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Technology Infrastructure / Observability / SRE roles
• Strong knowledge of Technology Infrastructure, Application architecture, and modern observability stacks
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Systrack, NetSkope, CrowdStrike) and network tools (e.g., Aviatrix, PaloAlto FW, Arista Switches, Wi-fi tech)
• Experience with DataDog, Dynatrace, NewRelic, or similar Observability platforms
• Experience with AI for Observability, AIOps platforms, and large-scale monitoring systems
• Familiarity with cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD integration
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and strong executive presence
• Data-driven mindset and business & analytical acumen
