Associate, Agile Delivery Manager

This Associate, Agile Delivery Manager role within the Sofia Tech division supports IT initiatives and ensures delivery aligns with strategic goals. The position involves leading the onboarding new team, collaborating with stakeholders, managing risks, and applying Agile methodologies. Requirements

• Experience as a Technology Delivery Manager in mid-sized organisations operating across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Familiarity with Waterfall principles and their integration with Agile processes.
• Experience in IT project delivery lifecycles, including risk management and resource forecasting.
• Understanding of key IT delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and mentoring.
• Proficiency with Waterfall delivery principles.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus
