This role is for a Cloud Support Analyst focusing on Azure Cloud maintenance in a global team. The role involves Patching, Deployment, and pre/post-launch support, incident management, root cause analysis, and knowledge development. Strong customer service and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) are expected.

Requirements

  • Provide Patching, Deployment and pre and post support for software applications releases.
  • Manage all incident requests for within the shift.
  • Determine root cause analysis, resolve and communicate solutions to customers.
  • Develop personal competency and build knowledge in ServiceNow.

Requirements Summary

Patching/deploying software, incident management, root cause analysis and ServiceNow knowledge are key. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary
