We are looking for an Associate Cloud Support Analyst to be part of a team that keeps the business running for cloud products and services used 24×7 by Willis Towers Watson's clients around the world. The team in Manila will be around 33 colleagues working 24 x 7 during 3 shifts.
Requirements
- Provide pre and post support for software applications releases
- Manage all incident requests for L1 and L2
- Determine root cause analysis, resolve and communicate solutions to customers
- Develop personal competency of the ServiceNow product
- Achieve personal performance measures, adhering to SLA's and agreed standards/processes
Requirements Summary
At least 2 years of experience in IT, knowledge of ServiceNow product, and good analytical skills
