ServiceNow is seeking an Associate Customer Success Guide for the AMS region. This role focuses on driving customer success, growth, and adoption of their AI-enhanced platform. The guide will act as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing guidance and solutions. The position requires a team-oriented approach, 3-day in-office presence, and collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Onboard new customers, drive adoption, and serve as customer advocates.
  • Proactively guide customers on platform usage and resource availability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide prescriptive guidance on leveraging the platform.
  • Complete point-in-time engagements with a focus on onboarding and bi-yearly check-ins.
