ServiceNow is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for Impact features and benefits, driving customer interactions and ensuring successful implementation. The CSM will own the Customer Impact Plan, manage customer adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and drive customer value. This role requires a strong understanding of AI, customer relationship management, and data analysis.
