The Associate Director, Identity Enablement will build and lead a new organization from the ground up, establishing a strategy, operating model, processes, and KPIs. The role will involve leading a team of business analysts and customer-facing identity specialists, establishing deep relationships with BU application teams, and overseeing requirements-gathering activities across identity integrations.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 12 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 10 years experience.
- 10+ years progressive experience in Identity & Access Management, enterprise technology, product management, business analysis, or customer success/enablement leadership.
- 5+ years experience leading teams in customer-facing, consultative, or delivery orchestration roles.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
