We are seeking an Associate IT Process Analyst to support the effective implementation and management of change processes within the organization. This entry-level position works closely with the change management team and collaborates with various departments to ensure seamless and efficient execution of IT changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
- ITIL 4/V3 Preferred
- Basic understanding of ITIL and change enablement principles
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Strong communication and documentation skills
