The ServiceNow Technical Architect role is one of the core components in all our engagements. Participate in Agile development methodologies, support and maintain applications, and assist with product roadmap and business capabilities.
Requirements
- 9 to 11 years of experience
- B Tech/B E in IT or computer science
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Service Now Admin Certified
- Certified application developer
- Experience of team/tech lead previously
- Experienced in ITSM or ITOM
- Java scripting
- Creating and modifying workflows
- Design, development and deployment in ServiceNow
- Documentation and review activities
- Complex data migration
- Conducting trainings on ServiceNow
- Excellent experience on complex ServiceNow integrations
- Creating custom applications
- Exposure to Project Portfolio Management, SDLC, Financial Management, Demand Management, and Service Watch
- Good understanding on ServiceNow dedicated and shared instances usage and feasibility
- Excellent experience in creating customer reports and dashboards
- Conducting and document due-diligence for customer tools, process and projects
- Configuration management – process definition, modeling and process refinement
- CMDB and Discovery troubleshooting
- ServiceNow foundation data management and data modelling
- LDAP integration
- Ability to create integration architecture
- Ability to create templates for foundation data, CMDB etc.
- Experience in Java and related web technologies
