Narra is seeking a Lead Principal Engineer to define and configure the ServiceNow platform for a large-scale project. The role involves developing and implementing ServiceNow modules, integrating with third-party applications, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Technical leadership, documentation, and client communication are key aspects of this position.
Requirements
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, and Service Portal
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, API connectors)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, AngularJS, and other ServiceNow development tools
- Experience with workflow automation, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, and catalog items
- Knowledge of data migration techniques and best practices
- Understanding of security and compliance frameworks
- Strong experience in code reviews and enforcement of best practices
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
