Narra is seeking a Lead Principal Engineer to define and configure the ServiceNow platform for a large-scale project. The role involves developing and implementing ServiceNow modules, integrating with third-party applications, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Technical leadership, documentation, and client communication are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, and Service Portal
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, API connectors)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, AngularJS, and other ServiceNow development tools
  • Experience with workflow automation, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, and catalog items
  • Knowledge of data migration techniques and best practices
  • Understanding of security and compliance frameworks
  • Strong experience in code reviews and enforcement of best practices
  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills
