Requirements

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of all incidents
  • Serve as the command point during major incidents
  • Manage timely, clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Produce comprehensive post-incident and root cause analysis reports
  • Drive continuous improvement of the incident management process
