The Associate Process Manager will be responsible for generating incident and change management reports for the firm, evolving them to become more automated, and creating a monthly threshold pack for C-suite executive review. The role requires in-depth analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/BI professional in an enterprise organization
- Extensive experience creating reports for C-Level executives and stakeholders
- Highly proficient in Reporting tools like Tableau, QlikView or Power BI
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
