The Associate Technical Specialist (Dev Ops) will support and maintain critical digital wealth platforms across multiple countries in Asia. They will be a liaison between internal/external customers, business partners, and project teams to ensure that new enhancements are successfully transitioned to support and that production issues are resolved within SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related course
- Minimum 2 years working experience supporting systems at Level 2 (support)
- Experience with relational database structures and methodologies
- Proven ability to multitask both independently and within a team
- Excellent English communication (both written and oral). Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Ability to understand business process requirements and using technology, conceptualize creative solutions through to implementation
- Experience in financial industry
- Awareness of ITIL practices in aligning IT services with the needs of business.
- Action oriented, creative, and proactive thinker
- Willing to work off-hours and extend shifts as needed to support the business
- Javascript or any other programming language such as: C#, VB Script (.NET /.NET Core, React JS / Node JS)
- MongoDB / MS SQL
- Web app knowledge (frontend or backend web technologies, APIs etc)
- CA Workload Automation
- ServiceNow / Jira / other workflow tools
