Quantiphi is looking for an experienced technology professional to join their team as an IT Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing solutions and recommendations to meet business needs, leading technical teams, and mentoring young talent. The role requires strong technical skills, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Responsible for providing solutions/recommendations that meet the specific business needs.
• Understanding client objectives, assessing technical feasibility, and providing recommendations to meet the business requirement.
• Identify scope, functional requirements as flag risk and suggest ideas on how to mitigate.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams involved in implementing and managing solutions.
• Set technical standards, best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural principles.
• Mentor Young Talent within the Team, Define and Track their growth parameters.
• Should have at least 8+ Years experience in Information Technology, with at least 3+ years into customer facing role in a technical capacity or equivalent
• Must have 3+ years of demonstrated technical management experience in a supervisory role, hand-holding a group of cloud engineers
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills
