ATC Associate System Analyst (2-4 years experience)

Join Visa as an ATC Associate System Analyst and contribute to the development and maintenance of IT Configuration Management practices and methodologies. Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to gather and support evolving technical requirements, and participate in internal and external audits and address audit findings for assigned applications.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience
• 2 or more years of work experience
• Background in SaaS applications
• Experience with ServiceNow, especially in CMDB, CI management, reporting, and application criticality reviews
• Proficiency in ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
• Strong knowledge of security and data privacy regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
