The AFNCR IT Services program provides support services for information systems for critical organizations. As an Audio Visual/Video Teleconferencing Engineer II, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of new requirements, maintaining, and repairing video teleconferencing systems.

Requirements

  • Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance for AV/VTC systems and equipment
  • Manage and maintain conference rooms, VTC endpoints, and associated network infrastructure
  • Install, configure, and test AV/VTC equipment, including cameras, microphones, displays, control systems, and network devices
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues related to AV/VTC systems
  • Implement and support network protocols used for AV/VTC communications
  • Support the design, integration, and deployment of new AV/VTC systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AV/VTC systems and procedures
  • Provide technical support and training to users on AV/VTC equipment and software
  • Coordinate with vendors and other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Manage and track inventory of AV/VTC equipment and supplies
  • Implement and maintain security protocols for AV/VTC systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AV/VTC technologies and trends
  • Provide on-call support as needed
