The Authorizations and Approvals Expert will manage and work on ticketing tools Saviynt, ServiceNow, and RITM requests, supporting automation and go live activities, and providing support to new workflow setup in ToA table FIORI. They will also analyze and take care of daily analytics error reports, prepare reports, and follow up with respective teams to ensure tasks are completed within SLA without any escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, finance, project management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in process optimization, governance implementation, or related roles
- Relevant certifications in process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and governance tools (e.g., Service Now, SharePoint)
- Experience in working in an agile and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
