Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Red Hat Ansible to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions across Organon’s infrastructure and application environments.

Requirements

• Design and develop Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules to automate provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Ansible automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate Ansible with other tools such as Bitbucket (Git), Bitbucket Pipelines (CI/CD), and ServiceNow (ITSM).
• Ensure compliance with security and operational policies through automated enforcement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and infrastructure deployments.
• Document automation processes, standards, and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on automation techniques and tools.
• Manage and upgrade Ansible Automation Platform.
